mycofenolate mofetil as a routine therapy for steroid resistant or recurrent cellular rejection without haemodynamic deterioration
possibility to diagnose humoral rejection with immunohistochemical tools

24-hour transplant cardiology service with possibility to perform biopsy (pathology report in 2h), coronary angiography or PTCA immediately after admission
heart transplantation outpatient service based on one-day visit system - patient leaves our clinic with biopsy result the same day
every-year coronary angiography with intravascular ultrasound and Doppler coronary flow measurement (when necessary)
